First, check
Before using the excavator and the long arm for construction, we need to strictly check whether the screws in all parts of the machine are loose, the meshing and lubrication of gears in all parts, and the wear and damage. During the period of use, it is necessary to check the running condition of the engine and solve any abnormal phenomena in time so as not to affect the later use.
Second, cleaning
Because the excavator extension arm runs on the construction site most of the time, dust and foreign objects will inevitably enter during the construction period, which requires us to clean all parts of the structure of the excavator extension arm after the construction to prevent foreign objects from entering, so as not to wear the structure of the machine and affect the use, and prolong the service life of the machine.
Third, homework
When using an excavator and a long arm for crushing, the drill rod should always be vertical to the surface of the crushed object. And make the drill rod tightly press the broken object, and immediately stop the work of the hammer after breaking to prevent empty play. Continuous aimless impact will damage the front body of the hammer and loosen the main bolt, which can seriously hurt the main engine itself. When crushing, do not shake the drill rod, otherwise both the main bolt and the drill rod may break; Don't let the hammer fall quickly or slam on the hard stone, which will damage the excavator's long arm due to excessive impact.
Fourth, lubrication
Lubrication of various parts of the excavator's extension arm can reasonably reduce the wear of various mechanical components. During lubrication, we also need to select qualified lubricating oil products according to relevant construction specifications to avoid the invasion of impurities, and always check whether the lubrication system of the machine is normal.
As long as we pay attention to the above maintenance skills, we can increase the life of the long arm of the small excavator, reduce our subsequent maintenance and replacement, and help us save a lot of costs.
