Three,the operation
When using the long arm of the excavator for crushing operation, the bit rod should always be vertical with the surface of the broken object. And make the rod pressing the broken object, after breaking should immediately stop the hammer work, to prevent empty play. Continuous aimless impact will cause damage to the prebody of the crushing hammer and the loosening of the main bolt, and can hurt the main engine itself in serious cases. When crushing action, do not use to shake the rod, otherwise the main bolt and the rod have the possibility of rupture; Do not make the crushing hammer fall down quickly or hit hard stones, which will damage the long arm of the excavator due to excessive impact.
Four,lubrication
Lubrication of each part of the long arm of the excavator can reasonably reduce the wear of each mechanical component. In the lubrication operation, we also need to choose qualified lubricating oil products according to the relevant construction specifications, avoid the invasion of impurities, and often check whether the lubrication system of the machine is normal.
