Mini excavator water tank cleaning method

How to clean the water tank of mini excavator,then a brief introduction.

First,drain the coolant from the radiator and engine block, then close the drain plug and add tap water and cleaner to the radiator.

Secondly,start the excavator engine and run at a speed slightly higher than the low speed. When the pointer of the thermometer reaches the green area, continue to run the engine for about ten minutes.

Turn off the engine and open the drain plug. Flush the cooling system with running water until clean water is discharged.

In addition,more attention should be paid to the occurrence of high water temperature caused by boiling phenomenon of equipment, after the completion of water tank cleaning, equipment still appears high water temperature phenomenon,bucket powder can also be investigated from the following aspects:

Re-check the filter screen on the side of the radiator of the excavator. Because the excavator work environment is different, there may be dust or catkins adsorbed on the filter screen of the radiator, leading to the temperature rise of the excavator and the phenomenon of boiling.
